Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst
Location: Slough, Berkshire
Salary / Benefits £20k – £ 38k+Training +Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst through to Lead Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst

Profile: Our client is a UKAS accredited asbestos consultancy providing educational, Healthcare, and commercial clients across the UK With the full range of asbestos services. They are now looking to take on a hard working and P402, P403, P404 qualified Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst based in and around the slough area. The ideal candida will come from a UKAS background, undertaking Surveys and air monitoring on a mixed range of sites.
Applications will be considered from: Windsor, Maidenhead, Reading, Bracknell, Watford, Basingstoke, Tidworth, Guildford, High Wycombe, Aylesbury, Hemel Hempstead, St Albans, Luton, Milton Keynes.
Experience & Qualifications:
” Must hold the P402, P304, P404 or RSPH qualification.
” Will have good working knowledge of relevant Health & Safety legislation.
” Will hold experience working within the asbestos industry.
” Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
” Proficient in using Microsoft office.
The Role:
” Undertaking 4 stage clearances, smoke, background, leak reassurance, visual, re-occupation and personal air testing
” Carrying out Management, Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on commercial and industrial properties.
” Supervising contractors on site and ensuring that all work is being carried out in line with relevant Health & Safety guidelines.
” Providing clients with detailed reports using information from site.
” Building and maintaining good working relationships with clients.
