Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst
Location: Luton
Salary / Benefits £22k – £36k +Training +Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst through to Lead Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst

Profile: Our client is a leading UKAS accredited asbestos consultancy who work hard to provide their mixed range of clients with the full range of asbestos works across the UK. They are now looking to take on a hard working and P402, P403, P404 qualified Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst based in and around the Luton area. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience carrying out stage 4 clearances, personal air testing, as well as management, demolition, and refurbishment surveys on a mixed portfolio of sites. The client will also consider P403 / P404 qualified asbestos analysts.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Must hold the P402, P403, P404 or RSPH equivalent qualification.
” Will have good working knowledge of relevant Health & Safety legislation.
” Will ideally have extensive experience within the asbestos industry.
” Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
” Proficient in using Microsoft office.
The Role:
” Carrying out 4 stage clearances, smoke, background, leak reassurance, visual, re-occupation and personal air testing
” Undertaking management, demolition, and refurbishment surveys on a mixed range of sites.
” Building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients.
” Using information from site to produce detailed reports for clients.
” Supervising contractors on site and ensuring that all work is being carried out in line with relevant health and safety procedures.
