Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst
Location: Sheffield, South Yorkshire.
Salary / Benefits £22k – £35k +Training +Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst through to Lead Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst

Profile: Our client is a UKAS accredited asbestos consultancy who are a leading name within the asbestos industry, covering a mixed range of clients across the UK, providing them with the full range of asbestos works. They are now looking to take on a qualified and professional Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst based in and around the Sheffield area. The ideal candidate will hold the P402, P403, P404 qualification and will have experience working on a mixed range of site, carrying out 4 stage clearances, personal air testing and asbestos surveys on a mixed portfolio of clients. Consideration will be given to candidates who hold the P403, P404 qualification looking to gain further P Certs.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Will ideally hold all P402, P403, P404 qualifications or RSPH Equivalent.
” Will have extensive experience working within the asbestos industry working on a mixed range of sites.
” Will be well versed in relevant Health and safety regulations in relation to asbestos.
” Will have strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
” Will be proficient in using Microsoft office packages.
The Role:
” Carrying out management, refurbishment, and demolition surveys on a mixed range of clients.
” Undertaking Stage 4 clearance, smoke, background, leak re assurance, visual, re occupation and personal air testing.
” Supervising a team of contractors and ensuring that all work is being carried out in line with relevant Health and Safety regulations.
” Collecting information from report to create detailed reports for clients.
” Building and maintaining good working relationships with clients.
