Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst
Location: Croydon, Southeast
Salary / Benefits £22k – £38K +Training +Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst through to Lead Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst

Profile: Our client is a successful asbestos consultancy, providing their educational, social housing and local authority clients with the full range of asbestos services in line with UKAS guidelines. They are looking to take on a competent and qualified Asbestos surveyor / Analyst, based in and around the Croydon area. The candidate must hold the P402, P403, P404 qualification (or RSPH equivalent) and will have extensive knowledge and experience of carrying out asbestos surveys and air monitoring services on a mixed portfolio of sites.
Applications will be considered from: Bromley, Orpington, Sutton, Epsom, Redhill, Horley, Crawley, Sevenoaks, Swanley Sidcup, Dartford, Aylesford, Chessington, Weybridge, Woking, Guildford.
Experience & Qualifications:
” Will hold the P402, P403, P404 qualifications.
” Must have extensive experience working within the asbestos industry.
” Will have extensive knowledge of relevant Health and Safety regulations.
” Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
” Proficient in using Microsoft office.
The Role:
” Undertaking Asbestos surveying / Analytical duties such as
” Stage 4 Clearances.
” Smoke, background, leak, re-occupation, and personal air testing.
” Management, Refurbishment, Demolition surveys.
” Monitoring contractors on site and ensuring that all work is being carried out in line with relevant Health & Safety Legislations.
” Using information from site to produce detailed reports for clients.
” Building and maintaining good working relationships with client.
” Alternative Job titles: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst, Trainee Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst Environmental Analyst / Surveyor, Asbestos Consultant.
