Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst
Location: Durham, North East.
Salary / Benefits £22k – £35k +Training +Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst through to Lead Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst

Profile: A reputable Asbestos company with a national presence, are now looking to recruit a qualified and hard-working Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst based in and around the Durham Area. The successful candidate will hold the P402, P403, P404 qualification and will have extensive experience carrying out 4 Stage Clearances, Air monitoring and Refurbishment, Demolition and Management surveys across a mixed portfolio of sites. For the right candidate, this client can offer IOSH training.
Applications will be considered from: Bishop Auckland, Darlington, Middlesborough, Hartlepool, Peterlee, Sunderland, Ashington, Newcastle Upton Tyne, South Shields, Guisborough.
Experience & Qualifications:
” Must hold the P402, P403, P404 (or RSPH Equivalent) qualifications.
” Will have experience working for a UKAS accredited company, ideally as a Surveyor / Analyst.
” Will have excellent communication skills and will be competent in using PDA / TRACKER / TEAMS systems.
” Must be well versed in relevant Health & Safety Legislations.
The Role:
” Carrying out Smoke, Background, Leak, Re-Occupation, and personal air testing.
” Carrying out Refurbishment, Demolition and Management surveys.
” Carrying out 4 Stage Clearances and visual inspections.
” Producing re-inspection certificates and survey reports for clients.
” Ensuring all work is being carried out in line with relevant Health and Safety Legislations.
” Will be competent using PDA / TRACKER / TEAMS systems to produce reports for clients.
” Building and maintaining excellent working relationships with clients.
