Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst
Location: Chelmsford, Essex
Salary / Benefits £22k – £34k +Training +Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst through to Lead Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst

Profile: A well established and UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy with a national presence are now looking to recruit a qualified and diligent Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst based in and around the Chelmsford area. The successful candidate will hold the P402, P403, P404 (or RSPH equivalent qualification) and will be competent carrying out surveying and analytical duties on a range of Commercial and Industrial sites.
Applications will be considered from: Brentwood, Billericay, Wickford, Basildon, Canvey Island, Braintree Harlow, Rochford, Southend-on-Sea, Colchester.
Experience & Qualifications:
” Must hold the P402, P403, P404 (or RSPH) qualification.
” Will have experience working for an established UKAS accredited company.
” Will be well versed in relevant Health and Safety / HSG guidelines.
” Will be competent in using PDA / TRACKER / TEAMS systems.
” Must have excellent communication skills.

The Role:
Will carry out day to day duties such as:
” Carrying out Smoke, Background, Leak, Re-Occupation, and Personal air testing on short to long term removal jobs.
” Carrying out Refurbishment, Demolition and Management surveys.
” Carrying out four stage clearances and visual inspections.
” Producing re-inspection certificates and site specific survey reports for clients.
” Ensuring all work is being carried out in line with relevant Health and Safety Legislations.
” Will be competent using PDA / TRACKER / TEAMS systems to produce reports for clients.
” Building and maintaining excellent working relationships with clients.
