Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst
Location: Cardiff, South Wales
Salary / Benefits £22k – £35k +Training +Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst though to Lead Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst

Profile: Future select specialise recruiting within the Asbestos industry. We are currently working closely with a UKAS accredited Asbestos consultancy with a presence across the UK wide. The client is now seeking to employ qualified and hard-working Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst based to in the Cardiff, to carry out the full range of Asbestos Services to Healthcare, Educational, Domestic, and Commercial sites. The successful candidate will hold the P402, P403, P404 qualification and will have experience carrying out the full range of Refurbishment, Demolition and Management Surveys and Personal Air Testing duties, to a mixed portfolio of sites.

Applications will be considered from: Newport, Cwmbran, Pontypool, Caerphilly, Pontypridd, Barry, Bridgend, Port Talbot, Swansea, Neath, Bristol, Bath, Trowbridge, Frome, Chippenham.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Will have experience working for a UKAS accredited company within the Asbestos industry.
” Will hold the P402, P403, P404 (or RSPH) qualification.
” Will be well versed in relevant Health and Safety / HSG guidelines.
” Will be competent in using PDA / TRACKER / TEAMS systems.
” Must have excellent communication skills.

The Role:
” Carrying out Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys.
” Carrying out four stage clearances and visual inspections.
” Smoke, Background, Leak, Re-occupation, and personal air testing.
” Providing clients with re-inspection certificates.
” Ensuring all work is being carried out in line with relevant Health and Safety / HSG guidelines.
” Using PDA / TRACKER / TEAMS systems to produce detailed, site-specific reports.
” Building and maintain excellent rapport with clients.
