Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst
Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire
Salary / Benefits: £22k – £35k +Training +Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst through to Lead Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst

Profile: An independent Asbestos Consultancy who carry out the full range of asbestos services to a range of Healthcare, Local Authority and Educational clients, is now seeking a hardworking and self-motivated Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst based in and around the Leeds area. The successful candidate will hold the P402, P403, P404 (or RSPH) qualification and will be competent carrying out air monitoring services along side Management, Demolition, and Refurbishment surveys for a mixed portfolio of clients.

Applications will be considered from: Bradford, Batley, Castleford, Dewsbury, Wakefield, Pontefract, Wetherby, Harrogate, Keighley, Halifax, Barnsley, Rotherham, Doncaster, Sheffield.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Will hold the P402, P403, P404 (or RSPH equivalent) and will ideally have experience working for an established Asbestos company.
” Will be well versed in relevant Health and Safety / HSG Guidelines.
” Will be competent in using PDA/TRACKER/TEAMS systems.
” Will have excellent communication skills.

The Role:
” Carrying out Smoke, Background, Leak, Re-occupation, and Personal Air testing.
” Four stage clearances and visual inspections.
” Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys.
” Ensuring all work is being carried out in line with relevant Health and Safety / HSG guidelines.
” Producing re-inspection certificates for clients.
” Using PDA/TRACKER/TEAMS systems to produce detailed reports for clients.
” Building and maintaining excellent working relationships with clients.
