Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst
Location: Stafford, West Midlands
Salary / Benefits £22k – £35k +Training +Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst through to Lead Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst

Profile: A multi-discipline Environmental company, who hold a national presence working on Industrial, Healthcare, Educational, Retail and Social Housing sites. Due to continuous growth, they are now seeking to employ an ambitious and diligent Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst based in and around the Stafford area. The successful candidate will hold the P402, P403, P404 (or RSPH) qualifications and will have experience undertaking 4 Stage clearances, Visual reinspection and Refurbishment, Demolition and Management surveys. This client would also consider candidates who hold the P402 and are looking to gain further Pcert modules.

Applications will be considered from: Cannock, Wolverhampton, Walsall, Dudley, Halesowen , West Bromwich, Birmingham, Stoke-on-Trent, Crewe, Chester, Wrexham, Warrington.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Must hold the P402, P403, P404 (or RSPH) Qualification and will have experience working for an established Asbestos Consultancy.
” Will have experience using PDA / TRACKER / TEAMS systems and will have excellent communication skills.
” Will be well versed in relevant Health and Safety Guidelines.

The Role:
” Undertaking 4 Stage clearances and visual inspections.
” Smoke, Background, Leak, Re-Occupation, and Personal air testing.
” Undertaking Refurbishment, Management and Demolition surveys.
” Producing re-inspection certificates and survey reports for clients.
” Will be competent in using PDA / TRAKCER / TEAMS systems to produce site specific reports for clients.
” Ensuring all work is being carried out in line with relevant Health and Safety legislations.
” Building and maintaining excellent working relationships with clients.
