Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst
Location: Nottingham, East Midlands
Salary / Benefits £22k – £35k +Training +Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst through to Lead Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst

Profile: Our client is a reputable and multi-discipline UKAS Accredited Consultancy, working across Retail, Government, Healthcare, Manufacturing and Blue-chip clients. They are now seeking to employ a P402, P403, P404 (or RSPH equivalent) qualified Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst based in and around the Nottingham area. The successful candidate will have extensive experience working within the Asbestos industry, undertaking Management, Refurbishment, Demolition surveys as well as 4 Stage clearances and Visual reinspection’s.

Applications will be considered from: Long Eaton, Derby, Burton upon Trent, Coalville, Hinkley, Nuneaton, Coventry, Birmingham, Wolverhampton, Bromsgrove, Redditch, Rugby, Daventry, Northampton, Worcester.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Must hold the BOHS P402, P403, P404 (or RSPH) qualification, and will have extensive experience working within the Asbestos industry for an established company.
” Will be confident using PDA / TEAMS / TRACKER Systems.
” Will be well versed in relevant Health and Safety Guidelines.
” Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain excellent working relationships with clients.

The Role:
” Carrying out Smoke, Background, Leak, Re-occupation, and Personal air testing as well as 4 Stage clearance and visual inspections.
” Carrying out Refurbishment, Management and Demolition surveys.
” Providing clients with re-inspection certificates.
” Using PDA / TEAMS / TRACKER system to produce detailed, site specific repots.
” Ensuring all work is carried out in line with relevant Health and Safety / HSG guidelines in relation to Asbestos.
” Continuing to build and maintain excellent working relationships with clients.
