Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst
Location: Swindon, South Central
Salary / Benefits £22k – £36k +Training +Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst through to Lead
Profile: A UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy who hold a national presence delivering the full range of asbestos services across Health Care, Manufacturing, Retail and Blue-chip clients, are now seeking to employ a hardworking and ambitious Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst based in and around the Swindon area. The ideal candidate will have experience working on 4 Stage clearances, Visual reinspection, Personal air testing, and Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys.
Applications will be considered from: Chippenham, Trowbridge, Bath, Bristol, Reading, Oxford, Stroud, Cirencester, Cheltenham, Gloucester, Didcot, Tetbury, Cheltenham.
Experience & Qualifications:
” Must hold the BOHS P402, P403, P404 qualification and will have experience working for a UKAS accredited Asbestos company.
” Will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
” Must have an eye for detail and will be well versed in Health and Safety guidelines relating to Asbestos.
” Will be confident in using PDA / TEAMS / TRACKER systems.
The Role:
” Working on a mixed portfolio of sites undertaking 4 Stage clearances, Smoke, Background, Re-occupation, and Personal air testing.
” Carrying out Management, Demolition and Refurbishment surveys.
” Ensuing all work is being carried out in line with relevant Health and Safety guidelines relating to Asbestos.
” Using PDA / TEAMS / TRAKCER system to produce detailed reports.
” Producing re-inspection certificates for clients.
” Building and maintaining excellent working relationships with clients.
