Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst
Location: Doncaster, South Yorkshire
Salary / Benefits £22k – £35k +Training +Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst through to Lead Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst

Profile: An established and busy Asbestos Consultancy who hold the UKAS accreditation are now seeking to take on a P402, P403, P404 qualified Asbestos Surveyor/Analyst based in and around the Doncaster area. The ideal candidate will have experience working on a mixed portfolio of sites, carrying out refurbishment, Demolition, Management surveys alongside personal air testing on both long- and short-term removal jobs.

Experience & Qualifications:

” Holding the BOHS P402, P403, P404 qualification (or RSPH equivalent) is essential to the role.
” Experience working for a UKAS accredited Asbestos Consultancy will be beneficial to the role.
” Must be well versed in relevant Health and Safety Legislations in relation to Asbestos.
” Will have experience using PDA / TEAMS / TRACKER systems.
” Must have excellent communication skills, written and verbal.

The Role:
” Working on a mixed portfolio of sites carrying out Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys.
” Undertaking 4 stage clearances, visual re-inspections, alongside Smoke, Background, Leak, Re-Occupation, and personal air testing.
” Producing re-inspection surveys for clients.
” Ensuring all work is being carried out in line with Asbestos relevant Health and Safety legislations.
” Continuing to build and maintain excellent rapport with clients, alongside providing clients with site specific reports using handheld PDA / TRAKCER / TEAMS systems.
