Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst
Location: Nottingham, East Midlands
Salary / Benefits £22k – £35k +Training +Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst through to Lead Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst

Profile: This client is a UKAS accredited and privately owned Asbestos Consultancy who work hard to provide the full range of asbestos services for Healthcare, Educational and Industrial sites. Due to continued growth within the business, they are now seeking to employ a P402, P403, P404 qualified Asbestos Surveyor / Analyst based in and around the Nottingham area. The successful candidate will have extensive experience working within the Asbestos industry, carrying out the full range of Management, Demolition and Refurbishment surveys and 4stage clearance, visual reinspection, and personal air testing.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Holding the P402, P403, P404 qualification (Minimum)
” Experience working within the Asbestos industry within a hands-on role would be beneficial.
” Extensive knowledge of relevant Health and Safety legislation regarding Asbestos.
” Competent in using industry related databases and handheld PDA.

The Role:
” Working on Healthcare, Industrial and Educational sites, carrying out Management, Demolition and Refurbishment surveys.
” Carrying out the full range of Air monitoring duties such as 4 Stage clearances, Smoke, Background, Leak, re-occupation, visual reinspection’s, and personal air testing.
” Producing re-occupation certificates.
” Using PDA / TEAMS / TRACKER to produce detailed, site-specific reports.
” Liaising with clients when required, ensuring all needs are being met.
” Ensuring all work is being carried out in line with relevant Health and Safety legislations.
