Job Description
This leading asbestos company with a nationwide presence is now looking to recruit an experienced Asbestos Surveyor based in or around the Dartford area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in asbestos surveying and hold the P402 Qualification. Consideration will also be given to candidates who hold the P402 and are seeking further site experience. Applications from Basildon, Croydon, London, Maidstone, and the surrounding areas.
Qualifications & experience:
” The individual must have attained the P402 asbestos certificate or the equivalent RSPH qualification.
” Will ideally have experience working within an asbestos surveying role, although consideration will be given to trainees looking to build on their experience.
” Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
” Proficient in using Microsoft Office Package.
” A good working knowledge of asbestos Health & Safety legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
” Undertaking Asbestos Management, Refurbishment/Demolition surveys on a variety of properties including industrial and commercial.
” Building a professional working relationship with company’s mixed portfolio of clients.
” Collating and producing comprehensive asbestos reports.
