Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor
Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne, Tyne and Wear
Salary / Benefits: 19,000 – 34,000 + Benefits + Training
Level of Experience: Trainee Asbestos Surveyor with training into P402/3/4
Profile
We have an opportunity that has arisen for a well-established client of ours that specialise in providing the full range of asbestos services to a wide range of sites, they are looking to recruit a hard-working Asbestos Surveyor to working and around the Newcastle Upon Tyne area. The ideal candidate will hold experience in undertake management, refurbishment/demolition surveys on a mixed portfolio of sites.
Applications will be considered from – Durham, Hartlepool, Sunderland, Gateshead, Morpeth, Alnwick, Ashington, Darlington, Middlesborough, and Stockton on Tees.
Experience / Qualifications:
The successful Asbestos Surveyor will hold the P402 or RSPH equivalent qualification.
Excellent Communication Skills.
Knowledge of current Health and Safety legislation.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Package.
The Role:
Carrying out Management, Demolition and Refurbishment surveys on a range of sites which include commercial and industrial.
Producing comprehensive reports.
Maintaining a strong working relationship with clients and customers.
Ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with the asbestos Health & Safety procedures.
