Job Description
Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor.
Location: Northampton, South Midlands.
Salary / Benefits £24k – £36k +Training +Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Asbestos Surveyor through to Lead Asbestos Surveyor
Profile: Our client is a well-regarded asbestos consultancy who work hard to provide their clients across the UK with the full range of asbestos services. They are now looking to take on a hardworking and qualified Asbestos Surveyor based in and around the … area. The ideal candidate will be P402 qualified and will have extensive experience carrying out asbestos surveys on a mixed range of sites.
Applications will be considered from: Kettering, Corby, Nottingham, Derby, Leicester, Peterborough, Huntingdon, Cambridge, Rugby, Daventry, Wellingborough, Lutterworth .
Experience & Qualifications:
” Will hold the P402 or RSPH equivalent qualification.
” Must be well versed within relevant Health and Safety Legislations.
” Will have previous experience working within the asbestos industry.
” Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
” Proficient in using Microsoft office.
The Role:
” Carrying out 4 stage clearances, smoke, background, leak reassurance, visual, re-occupation and personal air testing
” Undertaking management, demolition, and refurbishment surveys on a mixed range of sites.
” Using information from site to produce detailed reports for clients.
” Supervising contractors on site and ensuring that all work is being carried out in line with relevant health and safety procedures.
” Building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients.
