Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor
Location: St Albans, North London.
Salary / Benefits £22k – £35k +Training +Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Asbestos Surveyor through to Lead Asbestos Surveyor

Profile: A well established and leading name within the Asbestos Industry, with long standing and dedicated staff are now looking to recruit a qualified and hard-working Asbestos Surveyor based in and around the St Albans area, who will ideally hold experience working on Commercial, Healthcare and Manufacturing sites. The successful candidate must hold the P402 (or RSPH equivalent) qualification and will be experienced in carrying out Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Must hold the P402 (or RSPH Equivalent) Qualification.
” Will have extensive experience working for an established Asbestos company.
” Will be competent using TEAMS / PDA / TRACKER systems.
” Will be well versed in relevant Health and Safety Legislations.
The Role:
” Undertaking Asbestos Management, Demolition, and Refurbishment surveys in line with relevant HSG guidelines on Commercial Properties.
” Carrying out and sampling on suspected ACM’s ensuring all samples are bagged and labelled correctly.
” Building and maintaining an excellent working relationship with clients.
” Using PDA / TRACKER / TEAMS systems to produce accurate site-specific reports.
