Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor
Location: Warrington, North West
Salary / Benefits £22k – £35k +Training +Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Asbestos Surveyor through to Lead Asbestos Surveyor

Profile: A well-established client of ours who specialises in the Asbestos industry, working across Domestic, Commercial, and Retail site are now looking to employ a reliable and competent Asbestos Surveyor based in and around the Warrington area. The ideal candidate will hold the BOHS P402 (or RSPH equivalent) qualification and will have extensive experience carrying gout Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys, carrying out sampling on suspected ACM’s and ensuring that works are carried out in line with relevant Health and Safety / HSG 264 guidelines.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Will hold the BOHS P402 (or RSPH equivalent) qualification and will have extensive experience working for an established Asbestos company.
” Will be competent in using PDA / TRACKER / TEAMS systems.
” Will have excellent communication skills.
” Will have excellent knowledge of relevant Health and Safety Guidelines.

The Role:
” Undertaking Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys on a mixed range of sites.
” Carrying out sampling on suspected ACM’s and ensuring all samples are bagged and labelled correctly.
” Using PDA / TRACKER / TEAMS systems to provide clients with accurate, site-specific reports.
” Updating asbestos registers and providing clients with technical knowledge when needed.
” Building and maintaining excellent working relationships with clients.
