Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor.
Location: Birmingham, West Midlands
Salary / Benefits £22k – £35k +Training +Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Asbestos Surveyor through to Lead Asbestos Surveyor
Profile: A leading Asbestos Consultancy with a national presence across Domestic, Commercial and Residential sites are now seeking to employ a P402 qualified Asbestos Surveyor based in and around the Birmingham area. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working for an established Asbestos Consultancy, carrying out Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys on a mixed portfolio of sites, ensuring all work is being carried out in line with Health and Safety / HSG 264 Guidelines.
Applications will be considered from: Tamworth, Cannock, Wolverhampton, Kidderminster, Bromsgrove, Solihull, Redditch, Worcester, Coventry, Telford, Shrewsbury, Stafford, Stoke-on-Trent, Leicester, Hinkley, Nuneaton, Rugby, Daventry.
Experience & Qualifications:
” Must hold the BOHS P402 (or RSPH Equivalent) qualification and will have a proven track record of working within an established Asbestos company.
” Will be competent in using PDA / TRACKER / TEAMS systems.
” Will have excellent communication skills and will have excellent knowledge of relevant Health and Safety Guidelines.
The Role:
” Carrying out sampling on suspected ACM’s and ensuring all samples are bagged and labelled correctly.
” Carrying out Management, Refurbishment, and Demolition surveys on a mixed portfolio of sites.
” Will use PDA / TRAKCER/ TEAMS systems to write detailed and site-specific reports.
” Building and maintaining excellent working relationships with clients.
