Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor
Location: Bradford, West Yorkshire.
Salary / Benefits £25k – £35k +Training +Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Asbestos Surveyor through to Lead Asbestos Surveyor

Profile: A multi-discipline, UKAS accredited Environmental Consultancy who specialise within the Asbestos industry, providing Educational, Industrial, Commercial and Healthcare clients with the full range of Asbestos services. They are now seeking a hardworking and BOHS P402 qualified Asbestos Surveyor based in and around the Bradford area. The successful candidate will have extensive experience carrying out Management, Demolition and Refurbishment surveys, carrying out re-inspections and using PDA / TEAMS / TRACKER systems to produce detailed reports for clients.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Must hold the BOHS P402 (or RSPH) qualification.
” Will have experience working for a UKAS accredited Asbestos company.
” Competent in using PDA / TRACKER / TEAMS systems.
” Will have excellent communication skills.

The Role:
” Undertaking Management, Refurbishment and Demolition on a mixed portfolio of sites.
” Carrying out samples on suspected ACM’s and ensuring all samples are bagged and labelled correctly.
” Assisting in training surveyors in line with company needs.
” Assisting quality managers in carrying out re-inspection surveys.
” Ensuring all work is being carried out in line with Health and Safety HSG 246 guidelines.
” Building and maintaining excellent working relationships with clients.
” Using PDA / TEAMS / TRACKER systems to produce detailed reports for clients.
