Job Title: Asbestos Surveyor
Location: Birmingham, West Midlands.
Salary / Benefits £22k – £35k +Training +Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Asbestos Surveyor through to Lead Asbestos Surveyor

Profile: A well established Environmental Consultancy who hold the UKAS accreditation and a strong presence across the Midlands are now seeking a BOHS P402 qualified Asbestos surveyor based in and around the Birmingham area. The successful candidate will be carrying out Demolition, Refurbishment and Management surveys on a range of Commercial, Retail, Educational and Housing sites. For the successful candidate this client can offer further BOHS module training, environmental cross training and regional based work.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Hold the BOHS P402 qualification (Minimum).
” Experience working for a UKAS accredited company will be beneficial to the role.
” Using PDA / TEAMS / TRACKER systems and must have excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
” Well versed in relevant Health and Safety legislations in regards to Asbestos.

The Role:
” Working on a mixed portfolio of sites, carrying out Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys.
” Sampling of ACM’s ensuring all samples are bagged and labelled correctly.
” Ensuring all work is being carried out in line with relevant Health and Safety legislations.
” Building and maintaining excellent working rapport with clients.
” Producing detailed reports using PDA / TRACKER / TEAMS systems.
