Job Title: Asbestos Site Analyst
Location: Romford, South East.
Salary / Benefits £22K – £34K +Training +Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Asbestos Site Analyst through to Lead Asbestos Site Analyst
Profile: A UKAS Accredited Consultancy ,covering Social Housing Commercial, and Educational clients. They are now looking for P403, P404 (or RSPH equivalent) qualified Asbestos Site Analyst based in and around the Romford area. The ideal candidate will be competent in carrying out all forms of Air Monitoring as well as 4 Stage clearances, conducting visual inspections and issuing certificates. For the right candidate the company can offer additional holiday packages, company vehicle, company pension, and overtime opportunities at competitive rates.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Must hold the P403/P404 (or RSPH equivalent) qualification.
” Will have extensive experience working for an established Asbestos Consultancy.
” Will have excellent communication skills and be able to build excellent rapport with clients.
” Must be well versed in relevant Health and Safety guidelines.
The Role:
” Undertaking on site Asbestos Fibre Counting, 4 Stage Clearances and Visual Inspections.
” Carrying out Leak, Personal, Reassurance and Background air monitoring.
” Carrying out on site audits in line with company / client needs.
” Liaising with contractors on site and ensuring all work is being carried out in line with relevant Health and safety legislations.
” Issuing re-occupation certificates.
” Building and maintaining excellent working relationships with clients.
” Using PDA / Tablet systems to complete job sheets.
