Job Title: Asbestos Site Analyst
Location: Manchester, North West.
Salary / Benefits £22k – £34k +Training +Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Asbestos Site Analyst through to Lead Asbestos Site Analyst

Profile: A multi-discipline and reputable UKAS accredited Environmental Consultancy with a national presence, are now seeking to recruit a P403 / P404 qualified Asbestos Site Analyst based in and around the Manchester area. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in carrying out analytical tasks such as; 4 stage clearances, personal air testing and issuing certificated for re-occupation, across Local Authority, Industrial, Healthcare and Commercial sites. Consideration will also be given to candidates who hold the P402, P403 and P404 qualifications.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Will hold a minimum of the BOHS P403 / P404 or RSPH equivalent qualification.
” Extensive experience working for an established Asbestos company.
” Must have excellent communication skills.
” Will be well versed within relevant Health and Safety / HSG 248 guidelines.
” Will be competent in using PDA / TRACKER / TEAMS systems.
The Role:
” Carrying out 4 stage clearances, smoke, background, leak, reassurance, visual, re-occupation and personal air testing on a mixed portfolio of sites.
” Using PDA / Tablet systems to complete job sheets.
” Liaising with Licenced Asbestos Removal contractors and ensuring that all work is being carried out in line with relevant Health and Safety HSG 248 guidelines.
” Issuing certificates of re-occupation.
” Undertaking on site audits in line with client needs.
” Building and maintaining an excellent working relationship with clients.
