Job Title: Asbestos Site Analyst
Location: Enfield, North London.
Salary / Benefits £22k – £34k +Training +Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Asbestos Site Analyst through to Lead Asbestos Site Analyst

Profile: A UKAS accredited, Environmental Company with a national presence, working on Local Authority, Industrial, Healthcare and Commercial sites are now looking to employ an independent and diligent Asbestos Site Analyst. The ideal candidate will hold the BOHS P403, P404 qualification and will have extensive experience carrying out 4 Stage clearances, Personal Air Testing, issuing of re-occupation certificates and carrying out site audits. This client would also consider candidates who hold the BOHS P402, P403, P404 (or RSPH equivalent) qualifications.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Will ideally hold the BOHS P403 / P404 qualification, or RSPH equivalent.
” Ideally will have extensive experience working within the Asbestos Industry for a UKAS accredited company.
” Will have excellent communication skills and will be well versed in relevant Health and Safety / HSG 248 guidelines.
” Must be competent in using PDA / TRACKER / TEAMS systems.

The Role:
Carrying out day-to-day duties such as:
” 4 stage clearances, smoke, background, leak, reassurance, visual, re-occupation and personal air testing for a mixed portfolio of clients.
” Liaising with Licenced Asbestos Removal contractors and ensuring that all work is being carried out in line with relevant Health and Safety HSG 248 guidelines.
” Issuing re-occupation certificates.
” Carrying out on site audits when requires.
” Using PDA / TRACKER / TEAMS systems.
” Building and maintaining excellent working relationships with clients.
