Job Description
Job Title: Asbestos Site Analyst
Location: Croydon, South East.
Salary / Benefits £22k – £34k +Training +Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Asbestos Site Analyst through to Lead Asbestos Site Analyst
Profile: A UKAS accredited Asbestos company, with a strong presence within the South East working on a range of Commercial sites. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking to employ a BOHS P403, P404 qualified Asbestos Site Analyst based in and around the Croydon area. The suitable candidate will carry out leak, personal, reassurance and background air monitoring, Asbestos Fibre Counting and 4 stage clearances.
Applications will be considered from: Epsom, Redhill, Mitcham, Twickenham, Woking, Bromley, Orpington, Sidcup, Sevenoaks, Bexleyheath, Dartford, Gravesend, Rochester, Maidstone, Crawley, Horley, Guildford, Camberly, Farnborough, Aldershot.
Experience & Qualifications:
” Must hold the BOHS P403, P404 qualification (or RSPH equivalent).
” Will have experience working for an established Asbestos company, working in an analytical role.
” Will have excellent communication skills.
” Will be competent in using TEAMS / TRACKER / PDA systems.
” Will be well versed in relevant Health and Safety guidelines.
The Role:
” Carrying out leak, personal, reassurance and background air monitoring.
” Undertaking on site Asbestos Fibre Counting, 4 stage clearances and visual inspections.
” Undertaking onsite audits in line with client needs.
” Issuing certificates of re-occupation.
” Use of correct PPE and Breathing Equipment.
” Liaising with licences asbestos removal contractors and ensuring that all work is being carried out in line with relevant Health and Safety guidelines.
” Using TABLET/PDA/TEAMS to complete job sheets.
” Building and maintaining excellent rapport with clients.
