Job Title: Asbestos Site Analyst
Location: Manchester, North West.
Salary / Benefits £21k – £34k +Training +Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Asbestos Site Analyst through to Lead Asbestos Site Analyst

Profile: An exciting opportunity to work with a UKAS accredited Asbestos consultancy for a P403, P404 qualified Asbestos Site Analyst based in and around the Manchester area. The successful candidate will have extensive experience working on Commercial, Domestic, Healthcare, and Industrial sites, carrying out 4 stage clearances, Personal Air testing and providing clients with re-occupation certificate.

Applications will be considered from: Oldham, Rochdale Bury, Bolton, Leigh, Stockport, Wilmslow, Macclesfield, Wigan, St Helens, Liverpool, Chorley, Blackburn, Burnley, Crewe, Chester.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Holding the BOHS P403, P404 qualification (Minimum)
” Experience working within the Asbestos industry would be beneficial to the role.
” Well versed within Asbestos relevant Health and Safety legislations.
” Confident in using handheld PDA and any industry relevant systems.

The Role:
” Working on Commercial, Domestic, Healthcare and Industrial Sites, undertaking 4 stage clearances, smoke, background, leak, re-occupation, visual, re-inspection and personal air testing.
” Issuing re-occupation certificates.
” Using PDA / TEAMS / TRACKER systems to produce detailed and accurate reports.
” Carrying out onsite audits, and ensuring all work is being carried out in line with relevant Health and Safety legislations.
” Continuing to build and maintain excellent working relationships with clients.
