Job Title: Asbestos Removals Coordinator / Contracts Manager
Location: Birmingham, West Midlands.
Salary / Benefits £25k – £30k +Training +Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Asbestos Removals Coordinator / Contracts Manager through to Lead Asbestos Removals Coordinator / Contracts Manager

Profile: Our client is a leading name within the asbestos removals / environmental industry and work hard to provide their mixed range of clients with a high service up and down the UK. Due to rapidly growing contracts they are now looking to take on a hardworking and organised Asbestos Removals Coordinator / Contracts Manager based within the Birmingham area. The ideal candidate will hold extensive experience within the Asbestos Removals industry with experience of coordinating projects, working closely and providing support to managers, updating internal and external databases as well as scheduling works for site staff.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Will hold extensive experience within the Asbestos industry.
” Must have excellent organisational skills.
” Must be up to date with relevant Health and Safety legislation.
” Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
” Proficient in using Microsoft office.
The Role:
” Coordination various projects across commercial, Health care, Industrial Retail and educational sites.
” Booking in works and scheduling in site staff as well as organising sub-contractor works.
” Building and maintaining good working relationships with clients, and providing regular updates in regard to on going projects.
” Creating new jobs and ensuring they run smoothly.
” Attending site when and as required in line with business needs.
” Acting as first point of call for clients, dealing with any issues in an appropriate manner.
” Arranging travel and accommodation for site staff.
” Writing of RAMS for licensed removal works and sending to Contract Managers for final review.
” Writing and submitting of ASB5’s.
