Job Title: Asbestos Project Manager
Location: Newcastle-upon-Tyne, North East.
Salary / Benefits £35k – £45k +Training +Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Asbestos Project Manager through to Lead Asbestos Project Manager

Profile: UKAS Accredited Consultancy with a stronghold in the North of England; servicing local authority, commercial and heavy industry clients. Now seeking an organised Asbestos Project Manager with a proven track record managing projects, ensuring high standards of work and adhering to client timescales. For the successful candidate, this client can offer scope for development into an Operations Management role long term.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Will ideally hold the CoCA qualification or P402, P403, P404, P405 qualifications.
” Will have a proven track record of working within the asbestos industry, overseeing asbestos projects.
” Will hold strong technical knowledge and experience on site.
” Must have excellent organisational skills.
” Will have excellent communication skills, and will be competent in using PDA / TRACKER /TEAMS systems.

The Role:
” Overseeing and managing Industrial, Commercial and Domestic surveying and analytical projects, ensuring that all work is being carried out in line with relevant Health and Safety and company quality procedures.
” Managing a team of site staff and delegating works.
” Providing Quality / Technical managers with support when and as required.
” Creating site specific RAMS.
” Ensuring all work is being carried out in line with agreed timeframes.
” Liaising with clients, external contractors and LARC’s.
” Providing clients with reports, quotations, and tenders.
” Attending pre start and progress meetings with clients.
