Level of Experience: Trainee Asbestos Project Coordinator through to Lead Asbestos Project Coordinator

Profile:

Our client is well established within the asbestos and environmental industry, delivering the full range of asbestos works to a mixed range of sites, due to an increase in work load they are now looking for a hard working and motivated Asbestos Project Coordinator based in Bradford.

Experience & Qualifications:
Will ideally come from a strong administrative / project coordination background, within the asbestos industry.
Must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Must hold good organisation skills.

The role:
Organising Projects and workloads of staff.
Booking in and organising site visits and appointments,
Gathering information on projects and updating database accorgingly.
Assisting managers with maintaining, filing and archiving project records.
Providing clients with quotations and invoices.
Dealing with any enquiries efficiently.
Providing support to Project managers for RAMs, purchase orders, quotations, and method statements.
Assist with maintenance of quality, Health and Safety and environmental policies.
