Job Title: Asbestos Contracts Manager
Location: Bromley, Southeast.
Salary / Benefits £45k – £65k +Training +Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Asbestos Contracts Manager through to Lead Asbestos Contracts Manager

Profile: Our clint is a reputable asbestos company who hold a national presence working on a mixed range of sites. They are now looking to take on a competent and hard-working Asbestos Contracts Manager based in and around the Bromley area. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working within the asbestos industry ideally working within asbestos removals, assessing and estimating potential contracts, producing reports, and managing new and existing accounts.
Applications will be considered from: Orpington, Sidcup, Bexleyheath, Dartford, Grays, Gravesend, Croydon, Mitcham, Sutton, Epson, Redhill, Redhill, Reigate, Guildford, Horley, Woking, Chessington.
Experience & Qualifications:
” Will have a strong technical, management and removals background.
” Will have extensive experience working within the asbestos industry,
” Will have extensive knowledge of relevant Health & Safety legislations.
” Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
” Proficient in using Microsoft office.
The Role:
” Carrying out management duties on a variety of contracts.
” Organisation of staff to complete contracts in a professional manner.
” Completing risk assessments and method statements, writing tenders, specifications, appraisals and ASB5 notifications.
” Assessing and estimating potential contracts.
” Ensuring that all work is carried out in accordance with the relevant Health & Safety procedures.
” Produce monthly management reports following company procedures.
” Managing new and existing accounts.
” Building and maintaining a professional working relationship with clients.
