Job Title: Asbestos Bid Manager
Location: Glasgow, Central Scotland.
Salary / Benefits £30k – £45k +Training +Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Asbestos Bid Manager through to Lead Asbestos Bid Manager

Profile: Our client is a well-established, multi discipline environmental consultancy, holding a national presence, they work hard to provide their clients with high quality services. They are now looking to take on a hardworking and qualified Asbestos Bid Manager based in and around the Glasgow area. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within the asbestos industry, overseeing a team of bid writers, and producing PQQs and tender returns.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Will have extensive experience working within the asbestos industry working in bid management, sales, business development, commercial, project and risk management.
” Hands on experience within the asbestos industry would be beneficial to the role.
” Must be well versed within relevant Health and Safety legislation.
” Must have excellent organisational skills.
” Holding the P402, P403, P404 qualifications would be beneficial to the role.
” Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
” Proficient in using Microsoft office.
The Role:
” Ensuring that the bid process is running efficiently and effectively.
” Ensuring that the bid team acre carrying out work effectively.
” Managing bid input from stakeholders, sales, marketing finance technical teams and legal.
” Undertaking completion of written proposals.
” Arranging post bid reviews and feedback with clients.
” Managing various sites simultaneously and ensuring that all work is up to date.
