Job Title: Asbestos Administrator / Surveyor
Location: Leeds, West Yorkshire
Salary / Benefits £19K – £34k +Training +Benefits
Level of Experience Trainee Asbestos Administrator / Surveyor through to Lead Asbestos Administrator / Surveyor

Profile: Our client is well established within the asbestos industry, providing asbestos duties across to Industrial, Commercial, residential, and healthcare clients across the UK.
Due to an increase in business they are looking for a hard working Asbestos Administrator / Surveyor to deliver administration services as well as holding experience delivering asbestos surveying services to a mixed range of clients.
Applications will be considered from: Wakefield, Huddersfield, Bradford Morley, Pudsey, Garforth, Rothwell, Horsforth, Halifax, Dewsbury, Batley.
Experience & Qualifications:
” Must hold extensive experience delivering administration duties within the Asbestos industry.
” Ideally will hold the P402 or RSPH equivalent.
” Hold experience undertaking asbestos surveys on a mixed portfolio of sites.
” Must have good organisational skills.
” Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
” Proficient in using Microsoft office.
The Role:
” Providing support to colleagues and management team.
” Scheduling in work for site staff.
” Assisting in the completion of tenders and PQQs.
” Undertaking management, Refurbishment/ demolition surveys on a mixed portfolio of sites.
” Using information gathered from site to produce reports for clients.
” Taking phone calls and ensuring any issues are dealt with efficiently.
” Providing clients and management with regular updates.
” Providing effective control of company documents.
