Job Description
A valuable opportunity has arisen within a well-established water management company who provide specialist water treatment/hygiene and legionella services to clients nationwide. They currently have a vacancy for an experienced, self-motivated, and hard-working Water Treatment Service Equipment Engineer based in and around the Hertford area. Applications from Bedford, Luton, Stevenage, and the surrounding areas will be considered.
Qualifications & experience:
Will have a good educational, chemical, technical and water treatment background.
Have a background of Servicing of Equipment
Previous experience working in this role within the water treatment/hygiene industry.
Be fully conversant with the current guidelines – ACOP L8.
Possess good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Be proficient in using the Microsoft Office Package.
A full clean driving licence is essential.
Key Role:
Servicing and repairing Water Softeners
Ultra violet disinfection systems
Chlorine dioxide units
Reverse Osmosis
Filtration equipment
Chemical dosing systems
Identifying repair/service opportunities.
Completing accurate reports for site visits
To identify faulty equipment for returning to supplier and maintaining records.
