Job Description
Our client is a nationwide water treatment/hygiene company is looking to recruit an experienced and hardworking Water Treatment Service Chemist to cover a variety of contracts in the Tunbridge Wells area. Applications from Tonbridge, Horley, Maidstone, Crowborough and the surrounding areas will be considered.
Qualifications & Experience:
Experience working in a water treatment service chemist role essential.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Practical working knowledge of water treatment/hygiene industry.
Competent with Microsoft office package.
Role:
Chemical Analysis on Cooling towers, Steam boilers and closed heated and chilled systems.
Flushing of Calorifiers, tank cleans, temperature monitoring, cooling towers and chlorination – steam boilers.
Maintenance and monitoring on Domestic and Industrial water systems, closed system flushing, water softener servicing and disinfection of systems.
Providing the full range of Service Chemist duties on a variety of systems across a diverse range of sectors.
Updating of Site Log Books.
Build and maintain a good working relationship with clients.
