Job Title: Water Treatment Sales Manager
Location: Birmingham, West Midlands
Salary / Benefits £35k – £45k +Training +Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Water Treatment Sales Manager through to Lead Water Treatment Sales Manager
Profile: Our client is a reputable water treatment / legionella company who work hard to provide their varied client base with the full range of Legionella / water treatment duties across the UK. They are now looking to take on an organised and competent Water Treatment Sales Manager base in and around the Birmingham area. The ideal candidate will have previous hands-on experience in the water treatment industry and have a proven track record of overseeing a team of sales engineers, business to business sales and developing both existing and new business.
Applications will be considered from: Wolverhampton, Leicester, Nottingham, Derby, Kidderminster, Worcester, Solihull, Northampton, Coventry, Stafford, Loughborough, Reddich, Bromsgrove, Tamworth, Cannock, Hinkley, Rugby.
Experience & Qualifications:
” Will have strong knowledge of the Water hygiene / Treatment industry, including steam boilers, closed systems, and cooling tower accounts.
” Will have experience managing, growing, and developing new and existing accounts.
” Will come from a strong sale, commercial and accounts background.
” Must have good organisational skills.
” Will have good working knowledge of relevant ACOP L8 / Health and Safety Legislations.
” Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
” Proficient in using Microsoft office.
The Role:
” Managing, growing, and developing new and existing accounts.
” Upselling the companies water hygiene / treatment services to clients.
” Preparing and producing tenders and quotes.
” Managing cooling towers, steam boilers and hot and cold eater systems.,
” Ensuring targets are being met and maintained.
” Sourcing new business leads and opportunities.
” Building and maintaining good working relationships with clients.
