Job Title: Water Treatment Operations Manager
Location: Bristol, South West.
Salary / Benefits £35k – £45K +Training +Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Water Treatment Operations Manager through to Lead Water Treatment Operations Manager

Profile: Our client is a reputable water treatment company who work hard to provide their mixed range of clients with the full range of water treatment / hygiene services across the UK. They are now looking to take on a hardworking and organised Water Treatment Operations Manager based in and around the Bristol area. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a company’s water treatment / hygiene services, booking in works for staff as well as managing the companies’ finances, forecast profit and loss issues.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Must be well organised and able to prioritise duties.
” Will hold previous experience within a water treatment role.
” Must be well versed within relevant Health & Safety legislation.
” Ideally have experience working within a management role.
” Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
” Proficient in using Microsoft office.
The Role:
” Overseeing, managing and providing support to site staff, ensuring that works are being carried out in line with relevant Health and Safety guidelines.
” Managing the companies water treatment / equipment / water hygiene services.
” Booking in works for site staff.
” Managing the companies’ finances, forecast, profit and loss issues.
” Undertaking management of the warehouse, vehicle fleet and equipment stock.
” Carrying out reviews on relevant departments.
” Generating new business leads and opportunities.
” Meeting and maintaining targets.
” Working closely with higher managers and directors to help the progression of the business.
” Building and maintaining good working relationships with clients and customers.
