Job Description
Our client is an established name within the water hygiene / legionella industry and is known for providing excellent professional water treatment, water hygiene and legionella services throughout the UK. They are currently looking for an experienced, hard-working, and self-motivated Water Hygiene / Remedial Engineer in and around the Crawley area. The ideal applicant will carry out cleaning & disinfection of stored water tanks and their associated distribution systems. Applications from Guildford, Dartford, Brighton and areas with good access to the South Coast.
Qualifications & Experience:
Will ideally have City &Guilds Plumbing level 2 or higher.
Experience within the water treatment / water hygiene industry.
GCSE educated or equivalent.
Proficient in using Microsoft office package.
Excellent customer service, organisational, communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
To carry out the upgrading of cold-water storage tanks and associated hot & cold-water distribution systems.
Cleaning & disinfection of stored water tanks and their associated distribution systems.
Delivering water sampling and monitoring duties inline with ACOP L8.
Under taking a range of remedial plumbing qualifications.
Respond to call outs when required.
Liaise with suppliers, clients & tenants.
Maintain a close customer relationship on all designated contracts.
