Job Description
Our client a well-established and successful water treatment/hygiene company which provides a variety of professional and quality services to clients nationwide and they are now looking to employ a reliable and competent Water Hygiene Engineer / Trainee Legionella Risk Assessor to work on a variety of contracts in and around the Salisbury area. The company would consider experience water hygiene engineer with minimal legionella risk assessing, who are looking to build upon they risk assessing experience. Applications from Swindon, Andover, Southampton, and the surrounding areas will be considered.
Qualifications & experience:
Relevant experience in this role.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficient with Microsoft office package.
A good working knowledge of the water treatment industry.
Role:
Monitoring client’s air and water systems, as well as ensuring they comply with the current Health & Safety legislation.
Carrying out cleaning, disinfection and chlorination on both hot and cold-water systems and cooling towers.
Undertake temperature monitoring, routine sampling, analysing water systems and interpreting results.
Maintaining and installing dosing systems.
TVC and Legionella sampling.
Servicing TMVs.
Maintain a professional working relationship with clients.
