Job Description

This successful water treatment/hygiene company with a nationwide presence is now looking to employ an experienced Water Hygiene Engineer to cover a wide variety of contracts in and around the Hertford area. Consideration will be given to applications from Watford, Chelmsford, Reading, and the surrounding areas will be considered. This role does include national travel so the client is open to location.

Qualifications & experience:

Have good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Hold extensive experience working as water hygiene engineer.
Well versed with the water treatment industry and legislations.
Proficient with Microsoft office package.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor the client’s air and water systems to ensure they comply with the current Health and Safety legislation.
Carry out cleaning, disinfection and chlorination on both hot and cold-water systems and cooling towers.
Temperature monitoring, conduct routine sampling and analysing water systems.
Installing and maintaining dosing systems.
Inspections and disinfections of CWST.
Servicing TMV’s, shower cleans, tank cleans etc.
Role does include national travel.
