Job Title: Water Hygiene Engineer
Location: Chelmsford, Essex
Salary / Benefits £22k – £33k +Training +Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Water Hygiene Engineer through to Lead Water Hygiene Engineer

Profile: A well respected national company within the Environmental industry, who provide the full range of Water Hygiene / Legionella services to Hospitality, Industrial, Healthcare, Educational and Commercial sites. They are currently seeking an ambitious and conscientious Water Hygiene Engineer based in and around the Chelmsford area. The successful candidate will have experience carrying out CWST tank cleans, Temperature monitoring, Water sampling and TMV servicing in line with relevant ACoP L8 / HTM 04-01 guidelines.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Current / Previous experience working for an established Water Hygiene / Treatment Company.
” Up to date knowledge of ACoP L8 / HTM 04-01 / HSG 274 guidelines.
” Confident in liaising directly with clients.
” Good level of computer skills

The Role:
” Carrying out Water sampling and Temperature monitoring on a mixed portfolio of sites.
” Cleaning and disinfections on CWST.
” TMV servicing and Showerhead descales and disinfections.
” Calorifier inspections.
” Use of handheld PDA system to produce detailed reports for clients.
” Ensuring all work is being carried out in line with relevant ACoP L8 / HTM 04-01 / HSG 274 guidelines.
” Continuing to build and maintain excellent rapport with clients.
