Job Title: Water Hygiene Administrator
Location: Glasgow, Scotland
Salary / Benefits £19k – £24k +Training +Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Water Hygiene Administrator through to Lead Water Hygiene Administrator

Profile: Out client is a leading name within the Water hygiene industry, who provide the fill range of water hygiene and legionella services across a mixed range of sites. They are now looking to take on a hard-working Water Hygiene Administrator based in and around the Glasgow area, the ideal candidate will have extensive experience working within the water hygiene industry, scheduling in works for engineers, providing support to manager and undertaking general administrative roles.

Experience & Qualifications:
” Will have extensive experience working within the Water hygiene industry.
” Will have good organisational skills.
” Will have experience working within an administrative position.
” Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
” Proficient in using Microsoft office.
The Role:
” Working from an internal database, entering data, checking information and reports from sites.
” Providing support to managers with day-to-day planning.
” Scheduling works for engineers.
” Providing clients with quoted for works waiting to be carried out.
” Overseeing and helping a small team.
” Liaising and dealing with clients and customers appropriately.
