Job Description
Our client is an established name within the air hygiene industry, who are looking to recruit a hardworking Ventilation Engineer to cover a variety of contracts, based in the and around the Birmingham area. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within the air hygiene or kitchen extract sector, undertaking kitchen extract and duct work cleans. Applications will be considered from Derby, Coventry, Staffordshire, and the surrounding areas.
Qualifications & experience:
Applicants must have previous demonstrable experience working within the Air hygiene or kitchen extract industry.
Any industry qualification will be advantageous.
Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Be flexible and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Key role:
Testing, inspection, ducting and remedial works of fire dampers.
Air Handling Unit maintenances.
Kitchen Extract Cleans.
Ventilation Cleans.
Bacteriological sampling.
Cleaning and disinfection ductwork.
Report writing.
Completing paperwork and logbooks.
Liaising with clients at all levels.
Candidate will be a strong team player with a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
