Job Description
Our client is leading name within the water industry and is well known for providing professional legionella services to clients across the South West of England. They are currently looking for an experienced Legionella Risk Assessor based in or around the Gloucester area. The successful candidate will be covering contracts across the South West region so the client will consider applications from Bristol, Swindon, Taunton, Bath, and the surrounding areas will be considered.
Qualifications & Experience:
The applicant will ideally hold the City & Guilds or equivalent WMS qualification.
Experience of carrying out Legionella risk assessments to a varied site base.
Experience in drawing schematic drawings.
Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficient with Microsoft office package.
Key Responsibilities:
Carrying out Legionella risk assessments in line with ACOP L8 risk assessments on a variety of properties.
Compiling schematic drawings and producing final documents for clients/customers.
Providing recommendations and prices for remedial works, routine control measures through maintenance regimes, quotations, and carrying out such works based on the risk assessment.
Collating and producing comprehensive reports and attending meetings with clients to discuss findings of reports if required.
