Job Title: Legionella Risk Assessor
Location: Birmingham, West Midlands
Salary / Benefits £25k – £35k+Training +Benefits
Level of Experience: Trainee Legionella Risk Assessor through to Lead Legionella Risk Assessor

Profile: Future select specialise within the legionella industry, we currently have an established company who are looking for a hard working and qualified Legionella Risk Assessor based in and around the Birmingham area. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience carrying out legionella risk assessments on a range of sites and will ideal hold the city and guilds WMSoc in Legionella Risk Assessing and will ideally hold experience working on cooling towers and process water systems.
Applications will be considered from: Wolverhampton, Coventry, Kidderminster, Stourbridge, Telford, Stafford, Leicester, Nottingham , Derby, Loughborough, Tamworth, Hinkley, Rugby.
Experience & Qualifications:
” Will have extensive experience working in the Legionella/ Water hygiene industry.
” Must hold the city and Guilds or WMSoc in Legionella risk assessing,
” Will have extensive knowledge of relevant ACOP L8 / Health & Safety Legislations.
” Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
” Proficient in using Microsoft office.
The Role:
” Carrying out legionella risk assessments in line with ACOP L8 guidelines,
” Using information from site to provide clients with detailed reports.
” Completing schematic drawings and provide clients with final documents.
” Providing clients with technical advice as well as recommending prices for remedial works.
” Maintaining and building goof working relationships with clients.
