Job Description

Our client is an established national compliance company, who are looking to recruit a hardworking, motivated and commercial driven Legionella / Air Business Development Manager based in or around the Bristol area, to maintain and build sales within their expanding business. The successful candidate will come from a strong technical sales background and will ideally have previous experience selling both air and water hygiene services. Consideration will be given to candidates based in Bath, Swindon, Taunton, Cardiff, with good access to the M4 and the surrounding areas.

Qualifications & experience:

Ideally, applicants must have previous demonstrable experience working in this role within the air hygiene / Legionella industry.
Experience in successful generating sales through the promotion of a company’s services.
Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
Be flexible and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Hold strong IT skills.

Key role:

Able to meet agreed Quotation, Sales, and Gross market targets.
Hitting individual and company KPIs.
Generating new business through new and existing leads.
Maintain and continue to build positive relationships with clients and effectively deal with any issues that arise.
Providing continuous support and development for a team of sales consultants.
Prepare quotations.
Ensure that company Processes and procedures are being followed.
Assisting with the production of method statements and risk assessments.
Attending meeting when and as needed.
Collect sufficient information to produce financial reports.
