Job Description
Our established and successful client, who delivers a wide range of water treatment/hygiene and legionella services to clients are currently recruiting for a Lead Water Treatment/Hygiene Engineer based in or around the Derby area. The successful candidate will have extensive experience working with the water treatment industry and will have a previous track record of delivering water treatment duties to a varied site base. In return they can offer the right company long-term development into contract management. Applications will be considered from Nottingham, Leicester, Tamworth, and the surrounding areas will be considered.
Qualifications & experience:
Extensive experience working as a water treatment engineer
Excellent communication skills.
Proficient in using Microsoft office package.
A good working knowledge of the water treatment industry.
Plumbing qualifications would be beneficial.
Role:
Conduct routine inspection, sampling, temperature monitoring and analysis of water systems.
CWST cleaning.
Dealing with softeners and dosing units.
Cleaning/servicing of TMV’s and showerheads.
Servicing and disinfection of mains water systems.
Changing and replacing tanks, remedial works, flushing systems, water softeners, etc.
Collate and produce comprehensive reports.
Chemical tank cleans, steam boilers, cooling towers.
Maintain a professional working relationship with clients.
