Job Description

We are currently recruiting for an established building service company, who offer a range of compliance services to clients throughout the UK. The company are looking for an experienced and professional Fire Damper Engineer based in and around the Birmingham area. The successful candidate will be experienced in undertaking maintenance, installation and servicing duties on fire dampers and come from an air hygiene background. Applications from Coventry, Wolverhampton, Solihull, and the surrounding areas will be considered.

Experience:

Experience in installing fire damper units.
Good working knowledge of air hygiene and duct cleaning.
Hold excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Be proficient in using the Microsoft Package.
Well versed with the Health & Safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Undertaking maintenance, installation and servicing of fire dampers.
Working on commercial, industrial and residential.
Liaising with clients and staff.
Must be prepared to travel extensively.

In general, the post-holder will possess a good work ethic and have a positive attitude. Must be able to pass high security clearance.
