Job Description
Our client is an established national multi-disciplinary consultancy with a proven track record of energy management, sustainability and carbon management services to large scale construction, residential and infrastructure projects. They are currently recruiting for an experience Energy / Sustainability Assessor based in or around the London area. The successful candidate will ideally hold the ESOS Lead Assessor accreditation and experience in providing carbon management plans, building audits / assessments, as well as, developing and supporting compliance plans for sustainability schemes, including the Energy Savings Opportunity Scheme (ESOS). Consideration will be given to candidate based in or around the London / M25.
Requirement
” Will ideally be educated to degree level within a relevant field.
” Hold the ESOS lead assessor accreditation.
” Proven track record of developing compliance plans for sustainability schemes.
” Experience of energy auditing and the production of technical reports to the BS EN 16247 standard
” Able to demonstrate the ability to interpret energy, cost and carbon data and liaise with clients on results.
Duties
” Ensuring compliance with energy schemes including the Energy Savings Opportunity Scheme (ESOS
” Producing Energy and Sustainability Statements.
” Undertaking BREEAM assessments.
” Writing up audit reports.
” Producing Carbon Management Plans and Net Zero strategies.
