Job Description

Our client is a well-established asbestos company with a large presence in the UK. This company is currently seeking to employ an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Asbestos Trainer base in or around the Birmingham area. The ideal candidate will demonstrate their extensive experience working within the asbestos industry delivering and presenting training courses to internal and external clients. The successful candidate will hold the P402/3/4/5 certificates and will ideally hold the CCP/Assessor qualification. Consideration will be given to applicants from Gloucester, Worcester, Worcester, Stafford and the surrounding areas.

Qualifications & Experience:

The successful candidate will hold a combination of the P402/3/4/5 and W504 asbestos certificates and will ideally hold the CCP/Assessor qualifications.
Will come from a strong technical and training background within the asbestos industry.
Must have significant experience of working in the asbestos industry.
Will have previous experience delivering external and internal training courses.
Excellent communication skills.
Competent with Microsoft office package.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for delivery a portfolio of UKATA and BOHS approved asbestos-related training courses
Developing and designing new course.
Ensuring that existing course are update in line with legislative changes.
Overseeing and reviewing trainers to ensure they are up to date on current legislation.
Training and auditing new trainers
