Our client is offering a great opportunity for a smart and hard-working Asbestos Surveyor/Project Manager to join a well-established asbestos company in the Harlow area. The candidate must hold the P402 certificate. Applications from Hertford, Cheshunt, Bishops Stortford, and surrounding areas will be considered.
Qualifications & Experience:
The applicant must hold the P402 certificate or the RSPH equivalent.
Have previous experience working in this role within the asbestos industry.
Good Working knowledge of asbestos Health & Safety procedures.
Proficient in using the Microsoft Office Package.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Key Responsibilities:
Carrying out Management, Refurbishment and Demolition surveys on a wide variety of properties.
Write and review technical and survey reports effectively.
Planning abatement and survey works in accordance with current legislation.
Managing and supervising Surveyors/Analysts/contractors and office staff.
Ensure Health & Safety procedures are adhered to in relation to asbestos.
